Our Story
El Cowboy Bar & Grill isn't a concept we're testing — it's the place Memphis has come to for years. We take pride in doing the fundamentals exceptionally well: a well-crafted cocktail, a perfectly grilled meal, and a room full of people who genuinely enjoy being here.
Our kitchen sources locally whenever possible and treats every dish with the respect it deserves. Our bar team knows their spirits, their techniques, and their regulars by name. That's not a policy — that's just how we do things.
